Refund Policy

1. Professional Services & Milestone Delivery

CACTUS IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED provides bespoke custom software development, engineering consulting, and infrastructure implementation. Because engineering time and technical resources are dedicated upon sprint commencement, our refund model is based on formal milestone acceptance.

2. Milestone Approvals & Disputed Deliverables

Each project is divided into distinct phases outlined in the Statement of Work (e.g., Discovery, UI/UX Wireframing, Sprint Iterations, Final UAT). Once a milestone deliverable is formally reviewed and signed off by the client, the corresponding milestone invoice is deemed earned and non-refundable.

If a milestone does not meet mutually agreed technical acceptance criteria, we provide a dedicated remediation window to revise the deliverable at no additional charge.

3. Project Cancellation & Retainers

Either party may terminate an active engagement in accordance with the notice provisions of the Master Services Agreement. In the event of early termination, the client is responsible solely for documented billable work performed and expenses incurred up to the effective termination date. Any unearned pre-funded retainer balances are promptly returned within 30 business days.
